Many countries have compulsory draft - where every countryman has to serve military for few years - we are a peaceful country and instead we should mandate that all graduates should serve one year in rural India teaching poor kids before they get their degree - those ill ensure two things - youngsters will get a flavor of rural India life and the rural schools will get good teachers on rotation

today after failing in every job interviews, the last option is teachership and ther are 4 to 5 types of govt. teachers having different pay scale from 40000 to 1500 per month. first of all abolish all this system. yhere should be one pay scale in this country. if we have upsc, ssc and many more examination systems to attract the fresh talents, then why shouldn't we have indian teacher services to attract the young mass for this noble profesion. why are we not give importants to the teachers.
