1) First of all give proper teaching guidelines to Teacher. 2) Provides only one syllabus nation wide (CBSE/ISCE/UGC) for each and every school, so that govt school students will get same knowledge as the students of DPS/St. Xaviers etc gets. 3) Set nation wide question papers for each schools. 4) Provides e-learning systems for technical subject specially in rural areas where resources are limited. 5) If the students missed the class then make suitable arrangement for backup facility.

Bring education at par with private schools in govt. schools . If we can have iit's and iim's why can't every govt. school in india be of an educational standard where every child would feel proud to go to.

FIRST and foremost, the marginalised youth must be enthused about the importance of literacy. they have but tepid interest. there are hundreds of social service institutions, with dedicated cadres. they must be roped in to supplement the paid babu ( who has equally tepid interest like his student). there are dedicated senior citizens, literate ex-servicemen, committed non political -social service oriented NGOs. all of these institutions can be roped in -initially on a voluntary basis.
