Respected Sir, To improve literacy, first measure is to make teacher to be serious especially in government school. Then make aware the parents in urban area regarding the importance of education. like this way every child would be educated and make india better..!!

The govt. Schools and colleges needs to be improved. They should be made competive to deal with the private institutions.

Improve the awareness among villages with high drop-out rate school or poor enrollment rates about the benefits of Education. Involve colleges, other academic institutions or business enterprises to take it up as project.

Govt should encourage programme like adopt a school where some big business families should be allowed to adopt a school , if some area residents want to take care of a govt school in their area they should be allowed. Some retired teachers or other retired persons who want to voluntarily give their services should be allowed, it will help to reduce the shortage of teachers

why i.i.t for better quality education????? actually there is no problem for their existence. but prime motto must be to en power every Indian child with best quality education. set up of a level of quality for every school and college same for every Indian. this quality must be strictly followed. education is the prime empowerment and its free for all at least same price for all.
