Some government schools are best and are in progressive mode but as we can't do any work with one finger same way we can't progress until all are taking interest in it. Have continuous and surprise checking of schools and try to involve some more Enthusiastic youth in this type of work according to the state or areas.Have continuous vacancies to fill this type of places and get the new faces who really want to do something for the nation but are not given chance or opportunity. Thank You

For me 1)Change the Mind-set of family that winning is everything 2)Girls and boys are equal. 3)No shefarish! and only on Merit ! 4)people who think men are superior especially the mothers and fathers ! 5)teach them the civic values! 6)Most importantly stop the Superstitious values in School!

3) Have strict rules that if the school is not having the appropriate conditions that that school head and teachers will be responsible for that and they will be replaced by new teachers and head that fear can make them do better things. 4) Now a days everyone is asking for reservation but i think at least in educational fields it has to be removed scholarships has to be provided but to ones who really need it not to any caste as general category child can also be poor.

Practical work experience matters. Let taxes in this country be tweaked in a way that one let literate or train on the job or educate a youth, they should be exempted from a % of taxes. The more they do the more they % should be open for them every year. And youth should have access to be trained under different technology so to test waters and find there true interest in which they will be definitely successful driving themselves and indirectly our country, the Great india.

Some of my suggestions are: 1)Criteria for Choosing Teachers for government schools has to be improved by involving demonstration to be taken of those teachers as it is done in private schools. 2) Have continuous checking of government schools because the reports presented and the reality is totally different because i think appropriate resources and money is allotted for education but optimum use is not done.

In the words of Sir Albert Einstein"Everybody is genius, but if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree,it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid"..exactly what is happening in many parts of our country today Students are not given an opportunity to decide their own career, it is the educational institutes that are providing a limited scope for the students..So my suggestion is a change of "Private Institutions to Public Institutions"...like PPP in the higher govt. works.

The most dangerous poison in our Govt. Education System is "RESEVARTION FOR TEACHERS". I may favour reservation in any other fields, but teaching is not just and employment of a source of income. I have seen SC/ST Women in my village in Rajasthan who dint even cleared the RPSC Exams and were selected as Teachers. One who do not know the difference between SPELLING & MEANING, can teach the future of INDIA. I DOUBT. Irony is, most of the students in Govt. Schools belongs to SC/ST. #SaveFuture
