1. Free and low-cost(maybe goverment subsidised fees) to private schools 2. Technology gimmicks should be at a minimum, teach the basics of the subjects first 3. Well trained teachers, there needs to be a program to teach teachers How to teach, it cannot be a parttime job 4. Good school lunch program 5. Clear Job opportunities after completing basic education and path way to higher education

First of all they need to know what is the need to learn.Then education should be provided at a minimal cost with teachers(need not be professional but should be having knowledge and teaching skills) too getting a job in hand.Each locality has a small hall here and there,so place is not that important issue.Once kids and parents get to understand the importance of knowledge alike, things become subtle.Gradually this can be taken to bigger scale, by letting these children into proper schools!!

For fruitful result a perfect data base needs to be prepared of these back footed people and Policy to be prepared based on " Learning & Earning for survival. This was the motto of Swami Vivekananda too who expressed these in his letter to Maharaja of Mysore in the year 1893 from Chicago. Experts having knowledge on ground reality should be involved in this regard for preparing policy.

i don't why people are most educated in south we must concern their environment. girls education are equally important . practical activities and extra curricular activities must be there.

Donation must be ignored while taking the admission 2)putting criteria parents must be educated only their children education can be in the school3)Special attention i.e. teachers should be good educated,one class must be there in which they are teaching the healthy manner, English, general knowledge etc to those school which are running from donation or where villagers or ricsksawala children study cbse board are focusing to pass the 10th and 12 th student by preparing very low education

The facilities in Govt schools are very poor. If we improve their facilities such as good classrooms, toilets, etc., then automatically a lot of people will be willing to join their children in Govt schools. If we create the right environment for the children, they will definitely excel, and India will move towards the 'developed country' tag.

Teachers should be highly qualified. A teachers evaluation policy should be conducted every six months. He/she shall be able to address any new techniques in evaluation period. then only he/she shall be paid for the next salary.

I just feel to improve literacy among the marginalized youth it is very important that we start giving them the place among us just like other youth. That way they will feel the urge to come up and get what they deserve. Giving them quotas will only make them and the entire system weaker. A feeling and attitude of equality has to be inculcated in the youth of today. And the most important fact is that there is just YOUTH, no pronouns need to be associated with it.
