Sir, If we can start broadcasting of virtual audio classes on radio from 1 to 5 class , with fix schedule time , which will be helpful for improve the literacy of very poor and remote area in India and very helpful for those who can't reach the school, thanks

अध्यापन शैली मे क्रियात्मकता की कमी । बच्चो को जब कहा जाता है कि कल तुमको स्कूल जाना है तो बच्चे कतराते हैँ परंतु वास्तविकता मे उनकी पाठ्यक्रम मे रुचि नही होती इसका सबसे बडा कारण है अध्यापन शैली मे क्रियात्मकता की कमी, अध्यापक पाठ्यक्रम को उचित रूप से समझाने के वयाय पाठ को सिर्फ प्रश्नोत्तर तक ही सीमित कर देते हैँ । अध्यापकोँ को चाहिये कि वो पाठ को क्रियात्मक रूप से समझाये, प्रयोग करवाये , मौखिक की वयाय वीडिओ दिखाये ताकि बच्चो की पाठ्यक्रम मे रुचि बडे । बच्चो की कक्षा पास करने के वजाय उनके दि

स्कूल और कालेजो मे सिद्धांतो पर ज़्यादा ज़ोर पर उनके प्रयोगो पर नही। जब तक किसी सिद्धांत के प्रयोग को और उसकी वास्तविक जीवन मे उपयोगो को नही समझा जाएगा तब तक सिद्धांतो का ज्ञान बेकार ही जाएगा । अध्यापको को चाहिये कि वो हर विषय की ज़रुरत को समझायेँ हर सिद्धांत का वास्तविक जीवन मे उपयोग समझायेँ और सिद्धांतो के साथ साथ उनके प्रयोगो पर भी बल दिया जाये ।

प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा प्रारम्भ करने की आयु अत्याधिक कम । बच्चे का दिमाग 5 वर्ष की आयु तक विकसित हो पाता है , परंतु दुर्भाग्यवश भारत मे अभिवाहक स्पर्धा की होड मे अपने बच्चोँ को 2-3 वर्ष की आयु मे ही पाठ्यक्रम का भार सौपँ देते हैँ । ऐसे कानून की जरुरत है जो देश के बच्चोँ का बचपन दे सके ।

I visit HRD website for the same but i see the tendor available for those who are already involve in this sector.This make the monopoly for those who are involve or i have to take permission from them to contribute.so please my humble request to avoid this monoploy and make a system in which all young student or employee also contribute in this program.This will increase productivity and level of education also and young student also involve in this program and make contribute on their level.

Dear Sir, When i heard the word literacy the first thing come in my mind is how to do i think so much time and make some research so i get on this conclution: The rural youth complete all his education but they dont know which sector they choose to work.Recently i heard about Skill Development program and i am very interested to make my contribution for my home town(Distt-Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand) because i am also B.tech graduate in computer science.I am interested to teach computer in rural.

Quality of teachers and hence education is poor because one who can't do anything becomes a teacher in India and creates thousand like him in coming future. The holy profession of teaching been never rewarded in India. A teachers who gives us engineers, doctors, bureaucrats, can't even buy a car in his whole life. So it is natural that worst lot goes for this job. It can be improved if govt. makes it mandatory if PSUs dedicate 10% of their engineers/ executives for at least 2 months in a year for rural teaching. This will not only improve the standard of students but the regular teachers can also enhance their knowledge. Further these executives can be ambassador of modern India to the rural society. This will somewhere bridge the gap in life style of rural India and the urbanised India.
