Design short training module by experts. And conduct them free of cost, in the rural region. Take help of retired first class officers in conducting basic English speaking skills along with that they can help the youth in counselling them regarding their future.

Focus on export of cultural manpower in the form of Indian Chefs,Indian classical & folk dances & music,tribal art ,linguists,film music , audio visual presentations on wild life,heritage , history by experts. Establish schools in every district to develop skills for these including training in foreign languages.

Establish free national e-library with access centres in every tehsil. Link it with Project Gutenberg so that all books of the world are available free in e-book form to all citizens. Distribute Kindle e-book reader at subsidized rates to students,as Laptops & Tablets are misused.

Education system is quite good but the fees are too high that parents could not afford it and unnecesserialy the student have to work or stop learning..This effect literacy.

In Government Schools, teaching method should be changed. Instead of focusing on 'What to teach', we should focus on 'How to Teach'. And Further, We all know the Importance of Spoken English, in today's Scenerio. I think there should be atleast one period in a weak, in which students should be tought 'spoken English'.It will help them in a great manner.

Privatisation of education has become money spinning job,Lacks qualitative education education. Wide spread the education to a wider sectors & enjoyable. 1 Schools for Agriculture & horticulture 2 Schools for sports 3 Schools for dance,drama,& music 4 Schools for Military training These schools should be at par with Normal Schools Inculcating Nationalism & Discipline should be the main goal. Basic qualification upto 8 standard same alon with... The present education system is montonious.
