from IIT/IIM/IISc ETC..Net Net what will the country achieve in producing these great brains work for Google/Microsoft etc. and earn money for other countries. If we change our fundamental policy and create better/basic amenities for the students & teachers in GOVT SCHOOLS in less than 5 years. India will be none to beat in talent across fields..We always lack in basic understanding and discipline that's Y this country is lacking in basic necessities like toilets/drinking water/electricity

we should take there services and request them to teach at govt schools & colleges. This will change the mindset of people and parents. Its very ironical that the same parents don't like to send there children to govt schools but want to educate them from IIT/IIM what a sad state of affairs of this country. This is the main reason for brain drain as he has no good intentions or inclinations to work for this country. He gets his basics from Convent and studies in GOOD colleges & take degree

First & foremost we need to change the subjects that is taught to the students..We don't have varied combinations of subjects..Many are not interested in Maths or Biology or Zoology or Geography. Students should be allowed to take combinations of their choice this will create huge interest among the students from Class 8th onwards. This will improve efficiency and will help the student grow & understand better and literacy will grow manifold. Now there are retired IIT/IIM professors are there
