In villages teachers have to take the responsibility to join the student's in schools and regularly come to school. School provide miminum resource like, toilets, play ground, power supply,books..etc to students. They also provide good faculty. Teachers have to craet impact to students that study will success in every fields.

Education must be more practical so that students can understand the subject and enjoy learning.We must grow innovative approach towards a problem,in children.

मेरे हिसाब से शिक्षा फ्री होनी चाइये भारत में सभी विद्यार्थी को शिक्षा को ले के सामान अधिकार और सअहुलते मिलनी चाइये स्कूल में सभी विद्द्यार्थियों को एक जैसे ड्रेस दिए जाते है ताकि उनके बीच कोई अमीर गरीब का भेदभाव या फिर किसी भी और तरह का भेदभाव न हो पर दूसरे तरफ महंगे स्कूल खोल के खुद ही भेदभाव को बढ़ावा दे रहे है हमारी सरकार हमें जो भी सअहुलते देती है उसका हम उन्हें कर देते है कम से कम विद्यार्थी को तो कर मुक्त करो उनके फीस से

All type of education,course related book,stationary items should be tax free so that people for whom education is expensive or can't afford it gets economical and it will eqncourage people to go for education .

Technology has come pretty fast to India as compared to other things however it still hasn't reached rural areas with d same speed & is d main prblm of divide,rural areas mst b given more attention & ppl mst be encouraged to understand the change & accept it, this India vs Bharat is going to be a big prblm in next few years if this not tackled then v Wil hv USA in cities & BHARAT in towns &villages. as per me the core reason for this are the parameters on which the teacher in govt school are been selected they are not fully trained. secondly there should be some kind of training programme which must be kept compulsory for all the teachers and principal to attend and these traing should educaute them about all the latest updates that is going on in the education world all the teacher and the principal should have their mail id which they can access on their cell phone.

In advertisement the central figure must be youth with dayamic team, who takes volunteer responsibility during subject happening. 2. Then NCC cadets, Scouts & guides NSS, ABVP and any other youth driven organization can be given practical classes (Steps to be taken) conducted by NDRF through video conferencing. Then they can be asked to create awareness in villages by briefing pointwise steps to be taken in subject situation. 3. Motivational talk on issue by Honorable PM will do wonders.

As suggested by co- members at this platform I too feel that imparting training at various level viz. School, college & university will surely horn the skills of youth iro disaster management. I am happy to add some more points 1. For imparting proper training our NDRF can play vital role by providing input on disaster management to I&B ministry for preparing an advertisement, which will show easy and interesting visuals to all citizens, which will difinetely create strong awareness.
