I think that we should first provide the brief information to the parents and explain impotance of education in current days. Then second point is to appoint young and dynamic teachers who will teach as well as make entertainment of students.

I Think we should involve first the literate ones who will be able to find out the gap and can take a foot step resolve it. As I have read one of the opinions given by a person who highlited the condition of teachers. Timely evaluation of the teachers should be made compulsory and poorer ones must be punished in terms of salary increments.

(2/2)one getting 40% is better than the 90% and So Qouta Job. So how can anyone think of better development? we have seen various stings especially in Bihar that The Govt. Teacher doesn't know the spellings of October/November and the Maths teacher of class 12 knows nothing about'Square of A+B'. We all know what happened during BIHAR BOARD EXAMS. My Clear suggestion will be to replace the current CASTE BASED Reservations system onto the Economic status. Can't a General Category Family be poor?

And Accordingly we saw poor results from the students and their Parents of Class 10 Bihar Board Examinations. 1 thing is very clear that if a teacher who gets 40% marks and a teacher who gets 90% marks, the one who scored 90% has greater knowledge and thus will lead to a better development than the other. But our country says that the

As far as Govt.school are concerned, Govt should force their officials for the admission of their wards in these schools. Believe you will see excellent improvement in education as well as in teachers recruitment.

Appointment of Graduate teachers with at least 60% aggregate is a must. SC-ST and OBC reservation must not be applied to teaching posts
