I am a student,i have passed 12th this year and wanted to get into IIT.But i found too hard to qualify on the basis of NCERT books, i needed extra books to prepare for that. So, i think content of NCERT books should be increased/revised,school books should be at the level of iit, content from foreign books should be added as it universally accepted. In this digital India teachers should be well trained with new technology so that it become easier for them adopt the new system of education.

The system of education needs a complete overhaul. Practicals and theory lessons should go hand in hand. There have been suggestions of providing online video tutorials and lessons but for optimized results it has to be ensured that each and every child gets an access to the data. In rural areas where the usage of technology is limited, Akshaya Centres or Post Offices should be utilized for the purpose of accessing the online students portal.

Improve recruitment process of teacher . Many government teacher are just paid with no outcome .Tax money drained . Quality of teacher are too bad in government sector to improve education system . Whole process has to be reviewed and educated people should be involved in the process to judge right system . Stern action to be taken for teacher who do not meet criteria . It is tough task but possible if politician support right people . Government has to punish people to see India shining
