Youth will only volunteer for those systems in which they believe. So transparency and information play a key role. Youth having a say on various social issues should be looked after and their proposition should be considered. Groups like RAAHGIRI need to be promoted. And they should be given special pay packages for creating the awareness program by the institution. Besides that youth should be motivated by speech, programs and messages to promote volunterism.

We have 2 years left for next Olympics games, we should identify about 10 games in which we can win at least 50 medals in these events like Shooting, Boxing, badminton, atheltics etc. we should encourage pvt companies also to sponsor these events. In road to the Rio Olympics we should organise and participate in more international events In next step we should target 100 medals in 2020 Olympics.

Responsiblity and Effective policy to counter the problem of Drug menace lies with the collective effort of State Govts and Central Govt. of India. The most severely affected state Punjab can not control this alone unless neighboring states actively co-operate and frame policies coherent with policy of Punjab.Opium and Poppy Husk mainly comes from the states of Rajasthan and Madhpardesh and is destroying the state of Punjab and is spreading like a termite.

So far the Planning has been done for Sports in a School, Approach itself is Wrong. As long as we keep planning a school and make sports a part of it, it will never get the Results that we are expecting. Ideally you should have a Sports University with Education as a part of it. Students should be selected as per there physical capacity and trained in a certain sports. Genetics will determine what the Strengths are of the Children, then you select a type of Sports for the Child so he can play to his or her Strengths rather than wasting a lot of energy efforts and parents aspirations and money.
