The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

If one person start a business naturally there join 1 or 2 guys for work. So in this sense the unemployment will be solved. So infrastructure is my first priority to develop our incredible India. In our India

In mining sector health safety is big responsibility govt. Need to be focus on labour health safety first we have to provide first health safety equipment & strictly check by appointed person before start any work in mining normaly contractors r not provide any health safety equipment and the most important thing we have to pay a sound wages to mining, manufacturers & other labours Bcz these labour person r the main bone of every country development.

There is discrepancy between work life of teachers working in government and private sector. Situation of teachers working in private sector is sad. With 7th pay nearing, gap between wages going to increase further. Although, teachers working private sector face constant exploitation, cheating, dyeing workload, whereas life government is unimaginably handsome. Can this gap be normalized? Can modus operandi of private education institutes channelized through separate bodies like CSIR/DBT/DST
