In continuation… We don’t get holidays which govt employees avail after all we are also the citizen of this country & we are also human beings not machine. Also we have discriminated with lot of comments of social media. Any holidays we should also avail (any jayanti/festivals & any govt. holiday so that we can work more efficiently & this will help us to maintain our relation in the society with we belong to.

Honorable sir, I want to bring one notice to that people who are working in govt sector they work very less & their job is safe they do not bother about their family if anything goes wrong with the life but on the other hand people who working for pvt sector every moment they are bother about their family & job, what will happen if anything goes wrong. We carry lot of tension (like hyper tension/BP) throughout the life even what we are doing is a small contribution in building our nation.

In general we need to make the sector more attractive for the youth.
- More mining engineering colleges
- Mining career fair
- Low fees for mining education
- ITI colleges to have mining branch
- Mining workshops(Life @ Mines, different options of education(options should be available, starting from a 10th graduate to an engineering student), info abt placement (India or abroad)) by the department of mining in all major cities and villages.
- More advertisement of industry's capital growt
