The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Sir, Do not treat Shiv Sena that way. Respectable reproachment should be made. Shiv Sena has same ideology as of BJP. NCP is a corrupt party, you will have to make adjustments with your conscience to win regular support of NCP

There is already the Jan Dhan yojna, thus incentives in form of increase pay can be made. The incentives can be linked to the type of skills. These skills can be placed in form of increasing order in terms of education that is needed. This would be an incentive for the youth to study and gain knowledge. Incentive also should be provided in terms of social benefits, insurance for health, good living quarters, education, Talented youth should be given scholarships to train abroad and return

To eradicate drug abuse, all the routes of drug supply should be blocked. Young persons should be encouraged to take part in games and other extracurricular activities. Arrangements should be made for rehabiliation of drug addicts.

Dear PM, I myself want to take ur attention towards following points . 1. To stop the corruption ..Escalation matrix (Name and their contact no. of all govt official) from bottom to top level should be displayed in each and every govt offices . It will really help all Citizens of India in every respect. 2. E-Complaint platform should be registered @ state levels also for all Govt offices. So a citizen can register his/her complaint online . Resolution of complaint should be within TIME.
