The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Sir, Please make a rule for news channel for showing news.Every news channel is showing more ads than information(News). There should be some ratio between news and ads(Eg: 60% of 24 hours for News and rest for Ads). Public is paying for news not for ads.

Having schools exclusively for children of workers in mining sector similar to that of railways and keeping targets and awarding bonus for people who achieve their targets

2) and secondly about the education system. Exam Pattern is unnecessarily so complicated and I must share my experience that this system is providing unbearable pressure to young minds. Exam pattern should be definite. It is very clear that syllabus of +2 exams and competition exams are totally on different paths. This is a very very big problem for us,students as our whole career comes at stake due to this pattern.

Sir I want you to have a look at the education scenario for the aspiring engineers. There are mainly two points I am going to focus upon-1) The reservation system even after 65 years of independence , we have a reservation system based on something not visible,i.e, caste. Major consequence is more talented people don't get the seats and undeserving people sit in IITs or NITs which affects the level of these prestigious institutes. Same thing happens in jobs too which in turn decrease efficiency.

after 10th there should be specialization courses for one year. this can be done guest lectures or full time teaching of people attached to industry. to develop better education structure we should allow manufacturing people to adopt teaching as profession.
