The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Hon. PM Sir Surety of job,security of monthly payment, Heath and regularity of income automatically encourages for self skill development.Here is also requirement of educational and skill development institute but without surety,security,regularity,how many days skill will be survive.for this each and every working person including labour connect by UAN and Account no.which will online monitor by government of India.

sir seedha sa hisab hai ek majdoor apne hard work ke dwara apne pariwar ko palta hai apni izzat banata hai apni ladki aur ladkon ko padhata hai aur unki shadi bhee karta hai kabhee socha hai yeh kaise hota hai seedhee see baat hai hard working hand hi ise mumkin bana sakte hain kaash hum sabhee ko hard working ke liye hard work to den tabhi to koi hard work karega ek unimployed human kya kare kabhi soacha hai employment hai kya ye bhee to jaana jaye

sir bharat ko majboot karne ke liye aaj behad jaroorat mahsoos ki ja rahi hai ki ki sabhi graduats ko work diya jaaye aur unko ek fix salary base per bhari jimmedaari soupee jaye taki pure desh ko rule karne ke liye a great volume of hands chahiye tabhi hum sucess ho sakte hain sir i need to join ur plan immediatly for a great revolution so plz sir give me a chance for represent me myself for mother india plz sir we need fast and stable devlopment so give me a chance

For development of skill traits monthly incentive , health insurance and regular medical check up and diet is a must to encourage development.

Pardhan Mantri Ji, I think, if mining industry provide training free of cost to new recruits, then central/state govt must bar them from any tax liability on such investment. Or if a private technical institute gives training to those unemployed youth, who comes from poor families, then govt must relax them from tax liabilities till they provide such training without charging any fees from them (youth unemployed from poor family).

Hon. PM Shri Modiji, to create employment for masses I would like to suggest that an approach to LOCAL need has to be identified. For instance we can plan courses for tourist guides, tourist cab drivers, handicrafts makers, artists and so on . This special short term courses will enhance their skill and at the same time some kind of registrartion also can be done to make available their data on "Skilled Resource Portal."

The persons involve in mining sector faces threat of pollution safety is a big aspect health hazard are main difficulty . So they must provided homes at pollution free area., medical facility free of cost to all family members free education and priority in mining services .They must get some lLTC facility with stay arrangement on some places .Free education of yoga to improve their health .Drink WATER IS ANOTHER IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT.THEY MUST GET SOME PLACE WHERE THEY DEVELOP TREES OF CHOICE
