The Government and its concerned department should issue the guidelines for the mid day meal scheme which has to be followed by the Food Safety Standards Authority of India for efficient functioning the scheme. The Concerned department should ensure a protocol for standards in food safety and testing be introduced to ensure the quality of meals and nutrition standards in the mid day meal scheme for the school childrens.

p-2.... Converting the given design to a well built structures is the responsibility of the developer and his execution team. The role of structural engineer is to prepare the structural design and drawing based on the requirements of the client and architect. The entire process of construction revolves around careful execution at the site and continuous supervision at every step, i.e., be it material used, curing, concreting, by the qualified site engineer appointed by the owner or developer.

The Government should monitor the presence of licensed site officers and Engineers at construction sites. The planning department and civic agencies should verify this matter to implement the rules. There are so many multi storeyed buildings constructed without proper permission and authorization from the concerned department. The government has to fix the responsibility on the structural engineers in case of building problems. ........next page---2

Incentive's has always been a motivator for employees and in case of mining sector is a below:
1. The work environment should be healthy and in order to utilise the energy, knowledge and skill of workers the environment should be made conducive to work. Regular workshops on motivation and stress should be organised.
2. The health of the workers need to be considered by the organisation. Regular medical check-up followed by medical support should be provided to the workers. This is a requirement since the workers work under extreme conditions and odd hours to meet the production requirements.
3. Recognition of the workers should be a driving force for the workers to performance and may reduce absenteeism. Every human being would expect recognition of work and if the workers are recognised for their efforts then the motivational level would be high and thereby the probability of absenteeism would be minimised.
4.Workers need regular counselling sessions since they work under pressure and hazards. Counselling would help them to keep a positive frame of mind in a work environment and this may reduce leave abuse considerably. The complaint or the disliking of the shift duty timings can be met by counselling or else the workers would always have inhibition in specific shifts resulting in absenteeism.

We need to have some specialized institutions and specially in North and East belt of India where people get trained and can get jobs there. In those institutes we need to explain latest technique, tools etc so that resources are skilled with more productivity.
Institutes in rural India would help more,
