The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

so many scams came out, to get general public trust take some severe actions against culprits, only p.m. is non corrupt is not good enough but he should prepare good team work, appoint experience hard working and honest people they should monitor whole and report department concern head follow charter citizen norms which looks very much effective if sincerely followed up.

Skilled labour pool can be trainers in the field. If the company can promote, encourage and appropriately compensate skilled labour to train and impart skills to others who are not as skilled, it may improve the situation in field while recognising the quality and skill. This may be a peer to peer approach and merrit oriented quality enhancement.

for calling back black money does not required Switzerland or any other co-operation, Indian government already got 600 plus names, raid master minds house and office accumulate documentary evidence and put them behind bar, and also cash office staff and c.a. they will provide required details with evidence. make sure they should not get bail till funds call back from overseas

RBI decision to limit the transactions from other bank ATMs, leads to excess withdrawls of cash from ATM at a point of time which account to more expenditures by general public. It also effects the banks liquidity.

those who are working mines must have opportunity to work in industry also. If they are in mines for 6 months and in the industry that use the minerals for another six months on a rotation basis there will be huge morale booster and difficulties will be understood by both and alternative skills will automatically develop rather than offering small incentives. Lifestyle change or work schedule change is the best incentive

(a) The Central Government should immediately curb import of Gold to improve CAD and also to channelise the savings in the productive sector. about 50% of the Indian savings go for investing in Gold which does not have any multiper effect in the economy. The Government may impose additional duty to discourage gold imports- F.E reserve will improve and also INR will appreciate. (2) Water Preservation policy to be adopted in the State level through Central Government. Like Sach Bharat, we have to come out with similar slogan "Save water, Save earth" (
