The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

With proper care of people working in mines i.e. good working condition, clean water facility, we can increase productivity.

जब तक भारत के छोटे तबके विकास नहीं होगा तब अपना भारत अतुल्य नहीं कहलायेगा। हमारी सरकार को भारत के सबसे निचले तबके के बारे में ज्यदा सोचना चाहिए जो रात को सड़क पर रात को फटा कंबल ओड़ के रात गुजारते है और सुबह होते ही अपने पुरे परिवार के साथ काम को निकल जाते है।

We are NGO and we want to work. We want to do for youth.Our aim is health and education. We are young and honest and we want re-evolution. We do small type of social work and now we want to do bigger. So please give us Govt project about health,education and child labour.

Mediclaim, Insurance, access to healthcare and child education will help retain the ground level worker. Once they get a feeling of being included, rest of the process is relatively easier.

People are paid on daily wages, say, 500 per day. But, instead give them half of the same but on permanent basis along with family health care and education. Thus itself will motivate them to work with same employer. Later all the employers can come together to pool their resources. This way COST is saved and ATTRITION is reduced plus it increases WORK EFFICIENCY drastically...

Radiation Safety violations in diagnostic X-ray units across the country is rampant. Over 80% of about 80,000 X-ray units (Cath labs, CT Scanners, Stationary X-ray, Mobile X-ray, C-Arm, OPG, IOPA, etc.) are working without mandatory License or Registration. They are unsafe also. The practices are also harmful to the patients, staff and public. Since, now a days, every other person is put on Cath lab or CT, safety becomes inevitable. I can help improve the situation.

There is urgent need to start a new study without taking the concern of earlier studies and get aligned with literary facts. This is time to start new concepts according to work. As I experienced we never take concerns of local facts and start working locally in line of universal work culture. There is also an urgent need to encourage the social system because specific type of community are trained some specific type of work but be careful castism can not be promoted there.

मै राजा मान सिंह तोमर संगीत एंव कला महाविद्यालय , ग्वालियर का छात्र हूँ , जो विश्व विद्यालय अनूदान आयोग के अन्तग्रत under section 22 of 1956 ..मे आती है. जो यहाँ पर विश्वविद्यालय के अधिकारी एवं सहा. अध्यापक हैं ,वेअपने पद का गलत उपयोग कर रहें हैं.जिससें छात्रो को कई समस्याओ का सामना करना पड़ रहा हैं . जो हमारें भविष्य को अंधकार में धकेल रही हैं .. समस्याएं:- -सहा. प्राध्यापको का दोपहर बाद आना .. -महाविद्यालय का देरी से खुलना व जल्दी बंद होना.. -अव्यवस्थित पुस्तकालय.. ऐसी अनेक समस्याओं से विश्वविद्यालय और इसके अन्तर्गत आने वाले सारे के सारे महाविद्यालय " ललित कला संस्थान (इन्दौर, ग्वालियर, जबलपुर, खण्डवा, धार )" पीड़ित हैं . कृपा कर आप इन सब बातो को गम्भींरता से ले.. इन महाविद्यालयो से कई सैकडों बच्चों का भविष्य जुडा हैं.. जों बच्चें भारत को कला क्षेत्र के नये स्तर पर ले जाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं..कृपा कर इस ओर ध्यान दिजीए,.... धन्यवाद..
