The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Mining is in Jharkhand, Orissa, Chhattisgrah, WB, MP, Telangana & Mah. Envisage special conditions in the mining contracts to provide free boarding & teaching students selected similar to defense forces exclusively from rural schools. Extend training in Operation, Running and maintenance of entire range of systems, equipment, machinery, survey, drilling and blasting, explosives. The stipend to be provided to their parents. Age should be 16+, so that they will join the company at 17/18

Any "structured incentive" needs to be designed to direct human efforts towards the business needs.Incentives therefore are either "individualistic" or "group" based.In both cases,the incentives need to cover basic "hygiene" factors such as safety, health, housing, etc and "Motivating" factors such as Salary,perks etc. "Requisite" skills may vary with different "Mining sector"s and their geographic conditions.Incentive may be an "appetizer" for the conditions governed by demand-supply matrix.

pollution certificate for every vehicle should be mandatory but process of getting it should be simple and convenient. At present it is just a meaningless job, only promote lots of corrupt officials.

सादर वन्दे माँ भारती के चरणों में, सादर चरणस्पर्श माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्रीनरेन्द्र जी मोदी !! राजकीय अभियांत्रिक महाविधालय,बीकानेर महाविद्यालय मे कोई स्थायी प्राचार्य नहीं है यूनिवर्सिटी की फ़ाइल् रेत के ढेर मे दब रही है गोविल कमेटी की रिपोर्ट लागु नहीं हो रही तो हमारे अच्छे दिन कब आयेंगे |

सरकार को मोबाइल के अंदर गरीबो को काम आनेवाली सरकारी वेबसाइट को फ्री शुरू करना चाहिए -मोबाइल सिम की कंपनियों को कुछ टैक्स में छूट दे दो काम हो जायेगा. डिजिटल इंडिया की शुरुआत यही से होगी जब गरीब. विकलांग, विधवा. बुजुर्ग लोगों को भी उसमे जोड़ना अत्यंत आवशक है ...पंडित पंकज मेहता

देश me गरीबी बहोत है लेकिन कांग्रेस ने उन गरीबो को मनोरंजन के लिए फ्री टीवी चैनल शुरू किये, अब शिक्षित भारत के लिए नई सरकार को मोबाइल के अंदर गरीबो को काम आनेवाली सरकारी वेबसाइट को फ्री शुरू करना चाहिए जिससे गरीब अपनी पेंसन की जानकारी बिना विभाग के चक्कर लगाये मेंबर आईडी से प्राप्त कर ले, गरीबो को मिलने वाला अनाज कंट्रोल पर कब मिलेगा वेबसाइट पर देख ले. गरीबो को उनके हक़ अधिकार की जानकारी वाली वेबसाइट फ्री मोबाइल पर शुरू करने में सरकार को कोई खास खर्च नहीं आएगा

Youth having practical skill should be involved for taking India to the new height in the world. So, more emphasis for skill development in the field of Information Technology be given in schools or colleges from the very start of the study. Such subjects should be taken into syllabus from the very beginning.
