Intense worker safety and prevention of accident. Then hands on methodical training for 60 days before real job start. Allow adequate rest for body, but when work, it is work. Air quality , food and nutrition..if needed provided by company. Profit not at the cost of squeezing last blood of workers.

Recognition of apprentice for unorganised labour force and it should be provided by mining contractors .it will provide them with proper job security and at the same time labour reforms should be done ,contact should be provided keeping in view various things like apprenticeship, working conditions, use of newer technology,r&d, environmental impact, future regularisation of contractual labour force, proper auditing.
NGO&SHG should be encouraged to participate in informing the person about it.

Incentives structure in mining sector should be hour based and on work done based. Or the average of these two will make perfect combination.
This is because mining sector requires more of physical skill than that of mental skill. Also, physical strain is more. The work done base may motivate them to work more to gain higher income and Time base may also work in same manner. The govt may think over this. Thank you.

Namaste PM Ji, For betterment of the mining sector, skill development is needed. To encourage them firstly there must be long term sustainable health plan must be work out so that people will take interest in mining. Secondly all mining labor should have bank a/c and salary must be deposited in respective A/c. The employee must be on roll and contractor system to be vanished.
