An encouraging Incentive structure can be in two steps, in any segment:
1). Base level (for meeting basic needs: food/health/shelter/education/leisure)
2). Pay for performance/output: the output can be organization-based/team-based/individual-based
A third step can be for special rewards to recognize special or a notable feat

Service should not be extended of any govt. employee after retirement age. However extra-ordinary employee may be appointed as consultant for better result.

I am pursing B.E in Computer Science and Engineering, but I am also interested in many diverse fields like Economics,Astrophysics, but our curriculum don't allow us to pursue diverse fields.i think that our Hrd ministry should also allow a hobby subject ,which training could be taken from an institution of your choice, then a centralized examination should be taken by HRD ministry and appropriate credits in student's grade card should be awarded.A similiar course should be developed for mining

stipend and sincere efforts to provide job with the help of pvt.sector.it can be made mandatory for pvt sector to give preference to such trained youth.it can be associated with peripheral development to be undertaken by pvt and public enterprises.it can also be tried on ppp mode but under govt. control and supervision.

1) Train local people for the job as they will stick to it for long time
2) social benefits like free education to their children and other social infrastructure like hospital , sports complex etc in that region
3) provide free housing , water , electricity to people who work in mining
4) Insure their life as mining is very risky job
5) Provide better connectivity to the nearest city so that people who work in mining can go their for shopping and get their children educated
