The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, ...

The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

आदरणीय मोदीजी आज देश में खाने पीने की चीजो में भरी मात्रा में भेल सेल हो रहा है ।जिसका कोई हिसाब किताब नहीं खतरनाक रसायनों का मिश्रण कर रहे है । जिस से नाना प्रकार की बीमारियों से लोग अफिजित होरहे है । खाने पीने की चीजे बेचनेवाली दुकाने हो या बड़ी बड़ी कम्पनिय सब पर कड़े क़ानून तुरंत लगाया जाये । और हर जगह जाँच के आदेश दिए जाये । देश की जनता को पहले इन चीजो की जरुरत है । आशा है की आप इस पर जरुर निर्णय लेंगे । जै हिन्द ......

-Well conceived and well planned process[from excavation to end use]itself generates all necessary incentives.In other words self developing systms[having all elements of monitoring,feedback,improvement,implementation&development etc]operational mechanism to cap and remain live. -House,medical,education,job security and natures life for self and the dependent at par with the best could be some positive incentive[but it is endless list]. - Natural resource units are life line of the nation

Arrang in a month or year a traning seasion for workers of mining industries. And also explains how to do work smart nd hard .

First give the mask nd gloves to the who works in tha mining sector. Masks nd gloves do compalsory for every worker . Becaue these r important for workers life and health.

माननीय मोदी जी आपके द्वारा चलाये जा रहे तमाम योजनाओ पर अभी से भ्रस्त लोगो की गिद्ध निगाह पड़नी शुरू हो गयी है इसलिए आप उनके भ्रम को साफ़ कर दे की की भ्रस्ताचार बर्दास्त नहीं किया जायेगा ..रेलवे स्टेशन पर घटिया निर्माण ,घटिया रोड निर्माण ...नाम मात्र का शौचालय ...नाम मात्र का गंगा सफाई कार्यक्रम ..घटिया आवास निर्माण और तमाम योजनाये जो केवल दिखावे के लिए किये जा रहे है ...सभी की जांच होगी! गरीब आम जनता का एक पाई भी किसी ने लूटने की कोशिश की तो खैर नहीं !

माननीय नरेन्द्र मोदी जी प्रणाम आज मैं आपका ध्यान देश के सबसे बड़े दुखद दृश्य की ओर आकर्षित करना चाह रहा हूँ वह है पैसो की आभाव में और इलाज न हो पाने के कारन हो रही निर्दोष आम जनता की मौत ! मेरा मानना है की यदि सरकार चाहे तो पुरे १२५ करोड़ जनता के गंभीर बिमारिओ के लिए उनका सम्पूर्ण स्वास्थ बीमा करा दे जिससे निर्दोष आम जनता इलाज के अभाव में नहीं दम तोड़ेंगे !जब जनता यह जानेगी की सरकार ने गरीब १२५ आम जनता का सम्पूर्ण स्वास्थ बीमा कराया है तो इसके आम जनता का विस्वास सरकार पर मजबूत होगा !

श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी सादर प्रणाम मोदी जी अपना देश अभी विकास की ओर अग्रसर हो रहा है और अभी भी देश में अशिक्षा और गरीबी बहुत ही दयनीय स्थर पर है !ऐसे में सर्वप्रथम देश से अशिक्षा और गरीबी को समाप्त करने के सन्दर्भ में काम किया जाना चाहिए !इसके लिए देश में गरीबो के लिए चल रहे सम्पूर्ण योजनायो की जमीनी स्थर पर जांच होनी चाहिए क्योंकि यह योजनाये इन तक बहुच ही नहीं पा रहे है और इन योजनाओ पर आमिर लोग हक़ जमाये हुए है !व्याप्त ब्भ्रस्ताचार पर भी ध्यान देना चाहिए !

As mining sector is beset with problems of unhygienic conditions the living conditions to be improved wiht good schools in proximate distance to encourage professionals to enter the area.
