ERP has become the backmone of office automation of every industry whether manufacturing or services irrespective of whether it is LSI or SSI. In every industry there is a requiremnet of minimum 10 skilled persons who can operate various modules of ERP. In my opinion if we start educating our graduates on the operational aspects of various modules of ERP we can create one million jobs in next 5 years. I have a vision to implement it provided i get govt initiative to execute this programme.

If we dont make our surroundings dirty there is no need to clean it. We should try to inculcate this habit among children and grown up people. Expecting municipal corporation to clean every where id not the solution.

It is necessary to boost our modern technology to get a considerable development in our country. Skill development is a modern tool to boost Indian economy. As far as mining sector is concerned its necessary to give top priority to the safety of mining workers. Proper appropriate facilities must be provided if any accident takes place. Rather than looking after the profit margin both the private and government mining companies should give top priority to provide employment to workers.
