The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, ...

The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्री जी प्रणाम गोरखपुर खाद कारखाना कब चालू होगा ,और जापानी इंसफेलाइटिस से मरते बच्चो का क्या होगा जिसके घर का चिराग या तो मर रहा है या तो अपाहिज बनकर गरीबी से यमराज का निवाले के करीब पहुंच चुके घर वालो को उनके और करीब पंहुचा रहा है

आदरणीय मोदी जी मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि देश का आपके नेतृत्व में सम्मूर्ण परिवर्तन होगा मेरा आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है कि आप पहले अपने देश को उसका असली नाम दे इसे इंडिया से भारत कर दे क्योंकि हर देश के हिंदी और इंग्लिश दोनों में एक जैसे नाम है सिर्फ भारत को छोड़कर तो इसे भी अपना असली नाम दे "भारत"

और उनको इस बात का ध्यान रखने को बोला जाय की छोटे दुकानदारो को ससम्मान पूर्वक वसूली हो यदि ऐसा होता है तो सबका भला होगा बैंक को अपना पैसा मिलेगा छोटे ब्यपारियो एवं दुकानदारो अपमानित होने से बच जायेगे

अधिकांस खनिज भण्डार आदिवासी क्षेत्रो में स्थित है पर खनन में उनकी कोई भागीदारी नहीं होती है जिस से उनमे आक्रोश उत्पन होता है जिस का फायदा नक्सली और देशविरोधी NGO उन्हें भड़काने में करते है जिससे या तो पूँजी फास जाती है या खनन शुरू ही नहीं हो पता है! अगर आदिवासी क्षेत्रो में स्किल डेवलपमेंट कार्यक्रम चला के उन्हें खनन योग्य बनाया जाये१ एक जो ग्रामसभा को निर्णय करने की प्रक्रिया से बहार किया जा रहा है वो गलत है ये तो वापस आधिकारियों और राजनेताओ पर निर्भरता बढ़ा रहे है और प्रयावरण का भी ध्यान रखे
