Youths should respect the womenfolk and not treat as a commodity and Money bank. Every Employed youth should undertake to marry an unemployed Girl. Then only desirous and needy women will go for job. This will also give an opportunity to look after the children properly. The children of employed couple are nourished by "Ahiyas" who are even illiterate. Hence the children fell into bad habits. If wife herself look after children will give good sanskar & an help against violence on women.

violence is an expression of 'i want to control .'and a symptom of bully's syndrome . so youth must control the urge to control every thing . and must start differentiating between care takers and bullies... tall order...? no.. if they know that empathy is ground rule for any civil society.

If parents, this society stops discriminating their kids as boys and girls, and accept them as their children rather, this scenario might change. We should work towards a system that boosts self-confidence in girls so that they stand for themselves. They should have the confidence to raise their voice against domestic violence and be strong enough to fight for it. This is possible only when her parents also support her to stand against injustice.
