It is important to teach youth about the importance of women in our life . This can be achieved only through the education . They should be exposed to the laws and punishments to the violence against children and women .

Teach youth all basic laws in the Indian Constitution in schools in order to empower innocent young children to protect themselves taking strong legal action against bad elements in case of crimes like sexual assault, bullying, theft, etc. without depending on any external support like parents, friends, teachers, etc. and fighting independently with complete knowledge of their basic human rights and duties and only depending on police, Indian judicial and other government machineries.

To prevent violence against women , the first and foremost thing is to make your metality broad towards females. This mentality can be developed through better education, be firm in your moral values. Also the participation of females are necessary to raise their voice against these voilence. No doubt it is true that Indian ladies are more cultured than men. But these sacraments are not bigger than their respect. So they should give more importance to their respect .

Our education system should be restructured so as to add moral values and role and qualities of our respected great people (like Rani Laxmi Bai, Shiva ji, Rana Pratap, Lal Bahadur Shastri ji, APJ Abdul Kalam and many more like them) need to be emphasised in the course instead of teaching stories like european people. We have a bright past and young minds must let it know and follow.

Boys should be taught how to behave with women and it shouldnt be like our Netas do, they say women shouldn't go out after 7, shouldn't wear jeans or shouldn't eat chowmein... no one teaches those men how to respect women, we can start it at our own homes. teach our boys how should they respect girls and then some day we may see a society free from Violence against Women.

Educating boys in schools colleges to not indulge in violence against women, treat them equally, not objectifying them and standing up for women who are victims of any of the above. If very early on if they are taught to respect women perhaps incidence of violence will decrease considerably.
