SHRI MODI SAAB, it is infact very sad that DELHI itself always has had highest rate of violence against women. Now, TIME has come for PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CARE. We need very very strict SUPER POLICE LAWS like in DUBAI where severe punishments are given where cant give CORRUPTion or get BAILS for BAD PERSON. By the Way I have wonderful idea to promote RAAM NAAM & HARI NAAM BHAJANS more frequently in every temple in CITIES, villages and Towns. Irrespective of any humans religion say RAAM RAAM

I would like to suggest to block all the porn websites and easily available sex material to all . To my opinion this will reduce half of violence against women. Use of electronic tracking systems those who access/distribute porn material can be one of the method to recognize and trap of those people. Educating the peoples of our nation to help understand to what level is our "Sanskruti" which respects woman. Thanks Shrikant Joshi, Pune (9822753466).

Strict punishment in public and very heavy penalty(depending on the severity of the crime), which should be paid to the victim, for her damages and uplift in the society.

...metro services. A good chain of metro throughout the country along with bullet trains and bus services can help a lot. Japan model is the best model for India because we don't have much land. Existing railway property can be merged with bus and metro services and commercialise the place with malls and shops. Woman can travel with no problem and also safety can be secured for ladies across India. I wish our honourable PM can adopt this model which he visited himself during Japan visit.

A chain of good commuting system has to be developed in India like the one in japan. Woman feel safe travelling by train late night and also the train services are extended till villages in japan. I see most incidents are happening when woman are travelling through auto, car & private bus, roads have become unsafe. If gov provides safe travelling from home to schools, college & work such incident will become less. Providing safety should be priority for our government. Why only city should get..

Girls have to be careful while they are going out. Always try to alarm the local people by raising an alarm. Do not trust strangers easily. Always keep your family and well wishers posted where are you. Village girls should be aware of such incidents local police do not help them, even they are not ready to lodge missing complaint. I hope gov can come up with an app that people can lodge missing female complaint online and a copy of it cab be treated a FIR. Immediate help should be provided.
