Total Quality Person (TQP) is a spiritual, value-based and powerful philosophy I have been sharing with people from all walks of life.
This is done through 30-odd moving stories each with a lesson of life, around 10 games with take-homes, slice-of-life examples, assignment and case besides fun and humour. Invariably, there is laughter, tears and some great feelings.
Many find TQP mesmerising and riveting, soul-stirring and life-changing.
I look forward to opportunities to make a difference

TO, THE HON. PRIME MINISTER SIR, THE NEWLY ELECTED CORPORATORS, MEMBERS OF LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY AND COUNCIL, MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT ARE VERY IMPORTANT PERSONS. THEY CAN REALLY CHANGE THE PICTURE OF THEIR WARD, CONSTITUENCY AND THEIR CITIES, BY PERFORMING WELL. THEY SHOULD CONTACT TO THE PEOPLES OF THEIR WARD AND CONSTITUENCY AND RESOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS, CONTACT THEM PERSONALLY, VISIT SOME OF THE HOUSES OF CONCERNED PEOPLES. ONLY THE RESPECTIVE MLA/MLC AND MP CAN CHANGE THE PICTURE OF THEIR AREA

The embassies must take care of the interests of expat workers' employed by private companies in the country of their jurisdiction. Pvt companies are exploiting the engineers & workers by not - paying them salaries, providing healthy working environment & living conditions. Expat workers do not have means to recover their salaries crime is committed by the employer in another country. Legal recourse is not available, is long & costly. Embassies must act on the complaints to recover their salary

High Commission, Nigeria is not taking up the cause nor showing any interest inspite of many representations wrt the payment of salary arrears due to the expat workers of Global Steel Holdings Ltd - a PK Mittal Company. Govt. of Nigeria had awarded a contract to GSHL to rehabilitate the Ajaokuta Steel Company Ltd in 2004. After working for this company for many years, the company has not paid many engineers their dues in spite of giving full & final settlement schedule. Will the govt do anything?

DEAR FINANCE MINISTER SIR, IF YOU RECOLLECT, IN 1986, THE THEN PRIME MINISTER/FINANCE MINISTER HAD DECLARED THE VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE OF INCOME SCHEME, DUE TO WHICH IN 1986 CRORES OF RUPEES WERE DEPOSITED BY THE TAX PAYERS AND THE COUNTRY RECOVERED THE AMOUNT FROM THOSE WHO DID NOT PAY THE TAX FOR PAST YEARS. NOW IS THE CHANCE TO DECLARE THE VDIS SCHEME AND I AM SURE AT LEAST 10000 CRORES OR MORE WILL BE RECOVERED FROM THOSE WHO HAVE NOT PAID THEIR TAX LIABILITY DURING PAST SO MANY YEARS. PL DO

DEAR HON.PRIME MINISTER SIR, WE HAVE OBSERVED THAT IN ALL CANTONMENT AREA - ALL INDIA LEVEL - ISSUE OF BUSINESS/TRADE LICENSES WERE SUSPENDED DUE TO THE REASON THAT THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS WERE NOT THERE - DUE TO THEIR PERIOD TERMINATION. ISSUE OF TRADE LICENSE IN CANTONMENT AREA IS A ROUTINE MATTER AND SHOULD NOT BE STOPPED FOR WANT OF MEMBERS DECISION. THE AUTHORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE PRESIDENT OR CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. IT IS VERY MUCH REQUIRED. AMENDMENT FOR THAT IS REQUIRED FR DEFENCE .
