From 7th to 9th February the Ministry of External Affairs is organising the Conference of Heads of Mission, which would be addressed by the Prime Minister.

Inputs are required from our diaspora on the following issues:

(A) What additional services would you like the Indian Embassies to provide you?

(B) Tell us things that should be introduced in the Indian Embassies that enhance your connectivity with India.

( C ) What are the services that can be further improved at the Indian Embassy in your respective countries?

(D) Share your positive experiences at Embassies of other countries, be it in terms of services, experience, facilities etc.

Team My Father 61 years old and did not get his salary from last 5 years in Bihar already case file in Patna High court case no: Case No is: CWJC 2468/2012, CWJC 10065/2011, he get judgement on Nov_04_2014 in his faver and court ask to release his all dues salary but till the time he did not get his salary, Deputy Director Sri Suresh Chowdhary, make a stay of that order even taking salary of his fundamantel fight below is complaint no forward to Pg.protal DOSEL/E/2015/00064, MINHA/E/2015/00155,

Team My Father 61 years old and did not get his salary from last 5 years in Bihar already case file in Patna High court case no: Case No is: CWJC 2468/2012, CWJC 10065/2011, he get judgement on Nov_04_2014 in his faver and court ask to release his all dues salary but till the time he did not get his salary, Deputy Director Sri Suresh Chowdhary, make a stay of that order even taking salary of his fundamantel fight below is complaint no forward to Pg.protal DOSEL/E/2015/00064, MINHA/E/2015/00155,

Sorry to write. Very irresponsible activities by staff in Embassy. Very bad experience in Indian Emabssy-Italy. Lodged complaints with MEA in 2009 for delay in services, not allowing Indian to meet counsulate. On complaints, phone call comes from MEA, asking my whereabouts, whereas all informations regarding myself was supplied to MEA. like Doct. in Human Rights from Italy, Masters from Austria, winners of awards in India, qualified for LLM in UNICRI-Italy, EMLE - Hamburg U'sity. Dr. JAHAN.

The embassy should be more proactive in defending Indians rights abroad, promoting Indian businesses and companies, networking with senior local government officials and overall enhancing the profile of India in the host country. See how the USA and UK embassies and Ambassadors network and manage relationships with the host government in the ME. They host far more functions with high profile people from both countries to improve the networks of themselves and the senior Indians in the country

Embassy officials and staff should be provided adequate training on politeness in dealing with fellow Indians abroad which in my opinion lacks as of date. Now they have a "chaltha hai attitude"

I am confident that Indian embassy is for building international relation and protecting interest of Indians residing but facts are deference. Attitude of officials and politicians posted in embassy should change and must be in national interest.

1. All attestations by Indian Authorities / respective nation's local embassies back in India required by local governments where NRIs live may please be facilitated thru' Indian embassies. This would help NRIs in terms of their time and efforts in completing this task. 2. Embassies may provide a call centre no. where they can call officials and take the help of embassies when they are in trouble. It should also ensure help on time like US and other EU embassies does.
