From 7th to 9th February the Ministry of External Affairs is organising the Conference of Heads of Mission, which would be addressed by the Prime Minister.

Inputs are required from our diaspora on the following issues:

(A) What additional services would you like the Indian Embassies to provide you?

(B) Tell us things that should be introduced in the Indian Embassies that enhance your connectivity with India.

( C ) What are the services that can be further improved at the Indian Embassy in your respective countries?

(D) Share your positive experiences at Embassies of other countries, be it in terms of services, experience, facilities etc.

My experience at Brampton ON embassy was not very good. Only one suggestion, please hire officials who are trained/educated in Canada. Officers from India acts in a very stupid way. They don't know proper work ethics and customer service skills specially how to deal with someone who has been in Canada for a long time. Thanks

Boasting to host the single largest population of expats.. Qatar Indian embassy is not equipped with all that is needed.shame to share a small country like phillipines have strong hold in safeguarding iys citizens rights by qataris... than India. If this government does not push hard for our religious freedom to visit temple.. here in qatar.. who else can do?? Temples r there n other GCC countries sas well...may b v in qatar here were such sinfull... to refrain frm this.. wish... this reaches

i sincerely Wish Indian Embassies abroad should accept and help person of indian origin to process domicile and nativity certificte, which otherwise is taking longer and also for domicile one has to be present in India, or this should be facilitiated on line. When on is trying to contact local Collector on line, the webpage is not working from abroad.

An unmarried Sister from Gujarat, obtained OCI on the basis of her Father born at Rajkot,by FRRO, mumbai.His brother here in UK submitted similar documents, but he is questioned about his domicile etc. are the laws of OCI different for different country,Cannot OCi book of the unmarried sister if linked to the application, the brother be allowed OCI on genuine and legitimate grounds

Dear Sir: When Indians visit various countries for business / leisure purpose, we need more information about the culture, dos and don'ts, general expenses, friendly websites about that country (giving more information), etc. Generally this kind of information is provided by ministries of external affairs of the countries of the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia. However in India, we do not get any such authentic information. Can MEA in India provide such information to us?

FOR GETTING PASSPORT IN INDIA, MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS IS ALLOWING TO SUBMIT NOTORIZED AFFIDAVIT, BUT FOR OVERSEAS CITIZENSHIP OF INDIA (OCI) THEY DO NOT RECOGNISE SCHOOL CERTIFICATE, WORK EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE, ETC. THEY WANT DOMICILE OR NATIVITY, WHICH IS OBTAINED ON THESE BASIS, WILL IT NOT BE JUSTIFIED TO ACCEPTED NOTORIZED AFFIDAVIT FOR OCI APPLICATIONS ON SUBMISSION OF PROOF OF EDUCATION AND WORK EPERIENCE AND LINK OF INDIA BORN PARENTS?

रिटायर्ड आर्मी के लोग नहीं है और मिलते भी नहीं है . आपके आपने गुजरातका निजी सुरक्षा रक्षक कानून देखिये , इस तरहका कंडीशन है नहीं . अगर इस तरहका कंडीशन रखेंगे तो १२ लाख निजी सुरक्षा रक्षक बेकार और बेरोजगार हो जायेंगे . आप इसमें तुरंत ध्यान देकर इसको उदारीकरण के हिसाब से देखो , धन्यवाद .
