Good Initiative and feel proud on it......We need to change the existing bureaucratic people with Marketing/Business Development people to sell India and the brand India. We need to proud on our Embassy with their outlook, service, support and involvement among our community. They should market and make public aware of the our country doing(Help, Aid etc) to Kenya or any other country.

BEIJING, china: INFORMALLY dressed officers in tshirts, jeans and sneakers! They were very OVERBEARING, RUDE & didn't care about who we were or where we were studying. We just wanted to borrow some national souvenirs for our international culture festival so that we can proudly represent India. They made us wait for almost three hours before making a simple phone call and then telling us that they couldnt offer any help! Is my country so incompetent that officers cant even wear proper clothes?

Private schools in Faridabad charge heavy amount as fees against which facilities provided to children is minimum. The schools just pretend that they are green schools but not implement on the strategies & in such cases audits should be conducted to scratch the fake policies of schools

Our Missions abroad, can make it mandatory for any indian landed in a foreign soil to work, should register with the MISSION in that particular country. I understand, a form is available with the mission, but we have to educate the public to register with the mission which would enable the mission the reach out easily to their citizen when needed.

too much documentation, and they aren't clearly mentioned on the website. some service requirements are too tedious, i needed a police clearence certificate. it needed 4 weeks with passport surrendered at the embassy. on a nri life tied to visa expiry and passport expiry dates, such outdated redtape requirements needs to change. when i checked for UK police clearence needs, they need only 10days with just attested photo copy of the passport.

hopeless customer service. still the officers follow indian sarkar job raj in this modern world. the should be at least kind enough to nri's away from home requesting help from home coutry to get their alien life running. they will change policies they wish, say on the website mode of payment for pio was cash. as i visited they just said wont accept cash. so had to paywith creditcard with surcharges as i didnt carry check or MO since cash was mentioned as a mode of payment.

We understand that, Adhar Card, PAN Card, Voter Card etc etc are getting as a mandatory cards for every Indian. Instead of lot of cards, we would like to have a single card like Indian Indentity Card for all the citizens which would eliminate the need of multiple cards. And ofcourse, i can understand, this would not happen the soon. So for time being, it would be helpful if the mission offer services to apply or update the cards like PAN / ADHAR / VOTER ID etc. if is mandatory for NRIs.

@Brunei, the MISSION is functioning from a residential building which does not have good customer service areas as its functioning with single counter and in a small room. Earlier, there was a plan for constructing a new high comm building, but seems now ther is no big progress. In Brunei, even small countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand etc have an exclusive new buildings which offers good services to their citizens. So we would like to have a NEW HIGH COMMISSION buildin in Brunei
