He was pathetic to deal with, did not let me finish and said call me after you have a medical letter from the doctor, won't even listen any further and disconnected the phone. Contacted Mrs Mrs Archna Singh, she got back to us and very politely asked us to apply online for a tourist visa, and send an email to Mr Mukesh Kumar with all documents attached. Called Mr Mukesh Kumar as per his instruction at around 11:00 pm, he started abusing us over the phone. Said there are 4.5 lac indians in Aust

If I had power I would suspend Mr. Mukesh Kumar, the First Secretary for ACT and Queensland in Australia effectively immediately. Date : 19/01/2015 - Application for an urgent visa for a friend, who's sister needed a liver transplant and had 30 hours to do so. As per website: http://www.hcindia-au.org/emergency-contact.htm Contacted Mr. Mukesh Kumar at 7:20 pm to confirm the process in case of such emergency.

Citizen can choose country from dropdown. 3) Election Voting Facility 4) IT Digitalized systems and prefer young staff rather aged one 5) Must not have bureaucratic nature. Simple and easy to follow and understand

First of all they need basic training on courtesy and politeness. They need to come out of so called "SARKARI OFFICE" mindset. I had exp in London and Frankfurt. Frankfurt embassy fares better than London. Overall London embassy is no better than any RTO office in India.

This is my third & last post, based on previous comments I suggest, 1. Destroy IFS, send selected IAS for 2 years who publish articles on foreign affairs. 2. Send regular scientists, researchers who did doctorate and others on particular country as IFS. 3. Have voting booth in every embassy. 4. No person to be posted without research articles on posted country, they should have blogs and social media in that country. 5. Complaint system in the website that would directly go to India by people

My second post sorry about it, but you must know this. Like Devyani Khobragade, Indian embassies all over the world keeps nanny and illegal servants from India. Some of them have 4-5, they do not pay like foreign countries, they pay like India. You must know that they do it for showing up. There is a huge corruption in India's IFS posting. The selection is not fare. Even the Ambassador behaves like a greedy shark, looking for perks. The amount of illegal gifts and black money they earn like mad.
