मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ने अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद् की वर्तमान स्थिति की समीक्षा करने और इसके पुनर्गठन और सुदृढ़ीकरण के बारे में सुझाव देने के लिए अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद (अभातशिप) समीक्षा समिति का गठन किया था। इसका उदेश्य तकनीकी शिक्षा क्षेत्र को मजबूत बनाने के अपेक्षित लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए और अधिक बेहतर निष्पादन हासिल करना था। समिति ने मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय को अपनी सिफारिश और रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत कर दी है।

विशेषज्ञों की राय/टिप्पणियों के साथ समीक्षा समिति की रिपोर्ट जनसाधारण की टिप्पणियों के लिए वेबसाईट अर्थात् (mygov.in) पर अपलोड की जा रही है। यह रिपोर्ट इसके वेबसाईट पर रखे जाने की तिथि से 30 दिनों तक जनसाधारण के लिए उपलब्ध होगी। निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज इस वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध करवाई जा रही है:

(क) एआईसीटीई समीक्षा समिति की रिपोर्ट
(ख) एआईसीटीई की समीक्षा समिति की रिपोर्ट का संक्षिप्त
(ग) एआईसीटीई की समीक्षा समिति की रिपोर्ट पर विशेषज्ञों की टिप्पणियाँ

आपके विचारों को व्यक्त करने की अंतिम तारीख 6 अगस्त, 2015 तक है।

Today India is far behind the other nations in case of skill development. In colleges more weightage is given to theory than to the practical knowledge. AICTE should give the affiliation to colleges only if they are able to provide the good practical knowledge to the students as per the demand of the market. There should be a tie up with the foreign universities to share the knowledge and new technologies with the students.

#AICTE there were a lot of Engg colleges in India that too those in rural India are lacking of minimum facilities.. Reasons for survival of those kind of Colleges are 1.Less Building fees 2.Less tuition fees the rural students who can't afford for colleges having all facilities are preferring these.. So my suggestion is govt have to either aid the colleges near to rural areas for establishing all faclities(Min Strength).. or else reduce the well equipped one's fees.. pls xtnd char lmt.

Now a days technical education institutions turned into business centers, no labs,no technical sound teachers, no research paper presentations,no library,poor computer labs,no physical educations, College managements are looking at their individual growth rather than the growth of nation. But they are few colleges where they are technically sounds good.Let's us hope best ....

Relvance of Higher Education-M.Tech/M.E for Indusrty/Research/Teaching In order to increase the employability with Private sector ,it is imperative that Higher education programmes like M.Tech/M.E focus on the Curriculum /syallabus in tune with what is readily required for the specific industry and enhance the value for ready to work either in the Industry or at Academic Institutions and Universities.Recently Kalasalingam University and Tessolve Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd.,offer M.Tech.

There are new engineering colleges opening in every parts of India. Some of these colleges does not even have faculties and labs to teach them. All it requires for them is a roof to call a college. So I will recommend a strong review committee which reviews all the colleges that have been granted permission and on what basis.
