Sir, Urban development plans should take up to gradually remodel cities like Delhi, to rebuild congested areas in to high rise areas with wider roads and more green open space. All slums should be redeveloped to high rise communities Concentration of any single community should be diluted. No areas should be considered as Muslim areas or Sikh areas or Christian dominated areas. Urban Town planning should consider population growth and prevention of overcrowded slums.

Sir,For good health cow milk availability and affordability must increase. Green grass enhances milk fastest. Pastures provide free green feed and are the cheapest method to produce milk at lowest costs. To enhance PASTURE 'COW SANCTUARIES' are the best method to reclaim wastelands and make new pastures. COW SANCTUARIES should be essential National policy of waste land reclamation. Growing Hydroponics Fodder should be immediate policy to enhance green fodder availability in India .
