Respected Modiji, We are moving towards disaster as far as ground water level is concerned. It is getting dry year by year. If we redirect the rainwater to a useless open borewell instead of wasting it, it could help us preserve the rainwater as well as increase the grond water level. If this is practiced throughout India, then we will not have any shortage of water during the summer time. I am sure you will look into this and probably have a meeting with the concerned people.

Dear PM,while constructing toilets and enabling access to them would be a good idea, the importance of maintaining and improving the drainage system as a whole should not be overlooked. Authorities should take necessary action before the onset of monsoon every year to identify and fix the problems in the drainage system in order to avoid flooding of water in the streets and eventually in to the houses. In Chennai,we pray not to rain heavily despite severe water scarcity due to this.

Dear PM thnx for this service i have to tell you that in maharashtra there is no minister available for water-resource bcoz of that so many decisions are pending like water problem of state, jobs , pending funds for developement , so after one month completion of state gov. Dear PM-some village household wants toilet in their home but they do not have the financial ability to backup that idea so at the village level government should implement the channel through which he/she can apply for financial help for the same. And under sanitary scheme leverage on design of the toilet should be given so that according to the space available in the house premises they can accommodate latrines.

The cause of insanitary conditions is because of the lack of a flushing system and the ability to safely process and dispose off the waste generated. A water/air flushing system can be developed similar to an aircraft toilet but needs a source of water and power for it to be effective. A commercially available septic tank/ mini sewage treatment system can be used to break down the waste. Still requires a effective system/service of regular mechanical extraction and disposal.

Dear PM, My humble suggestion is that Every time any one applies for any license or bank account or election card or any and every application, he or she has to sign an undertaking that they will not dirty India in any way. This will enable them to automatically sign up and commit to Swach Bharat..
