As per Survey conducted by local authorities clubbing all the insanitary latrines located in a particular area (say within a radius of 100m) and providing a common drain pit for all of them with pumping system placed near to the pit (in a pumping station which shall be an auto start/stop system) sucking all the waste generated from individual latrines and collected in local pits. Let all waste get collect in the common drain pit and the same can be used for Bio-gas services for community people
