Central Govt and State Govts should involve fully by providing reasonably sufficient funds to the concerned departments. I have seen in US providing washing soaps, tissue paper in all "Rest" places. This is a good word than toilets. Leading NGOs should also be involved with reasonable donations. This should be improved from village level, next Taluk level to State and Nation level. They should be provided with water storage and good number of naphthalene balls in urinal points. We can go better.

Government still adopt old policy of levying Union Roads for a width of 3.75 meter { single track road}, under PMGSY scheme. Now a days, there is heavy traffic in all road with heavy vehicle movement. During rainy season, all single roads getting damaged very often due to short width of the road by edges getting damaged ( two big vehicles cannot pass on the Thar road for a width 3.75 mtrs.)This can be upgraded for at-least 5mts where 2 big vehicles can pass easily. This way life of road increase

Always we clean our surroundings by ourselves and am educating my children about the importance of cleanliness. I am an Environmnt lover and had nice plants outside our compound. Rain Water drains are not at all need in our area as water does not stagnate. But, instead drains been constructed, now most of the educated people let their waste water into it and always we suffer from foul smell and mosquitos. No action by Municipality even after many complaint. Politicians must talk to area people

Public toilets in Railway Stations, Bus Stands, etc. must be maintained properly. Ph/Cell nos. of the person who is incharge for these public toilets must be mentioned outside the toilets, as people does not know where to complaint. Still there are no toilets in most of the villages. Advertisements must be given in all TV Channels about the importance of clealiness, instead of watching always Commercials Ads. All private channels should give importance for this.

Though India is growing, Indians are bad at maintaining existing facilities. Sanitary system is one of them. Modi has said he will construct lakhs of toilets, but maintenance of those toilets is also important. The government should promote cleanliness by posting educational videos on LED screens in public transport systems and public places to bring awareness of cleanliness to people of India.
