Govt has to speed up the actions to the needy people. Sub standard sanitation conditions are to be improved with machines instead of engaging scavengers frequently. in term of scavenging, we have to work on three "re". reduce,reuse and recycle. if these terms are effective, then it helps in cleanliness as well as job creation (gold in garbage).
