In order to resolve the issue of insanitary condition of latrines there should be awareness programmes at local levels of governance or by the advertisements at radio & t.v etc. mass number of families in our country don't uses toilet cleaning material such things led them to live in insanitary conditions and there is immense lack of awareness. govt. should consult with expertise ( like SULABH INTERNATIONAL) in this field of problem. Sulabh could help a lot in this context.

In DRDO/ARDE Pune all procurement is done through manual only. It has following Disadvantages. 1. Time consuming process. 2. Lots of chance to do corruption and profligacy. 3. Dose not knows the competitor prices and hence breaks/stop the competition. 4. Monopoly. 5. Participate only selected or invited bidder. So ARDE does not get better price. Request to Mr Modi to make all the procurement system in all government department through online portal only through website or SAP

I think in any area either gov't or private sector all people should have same opportunity to prove themselves but unfortunately the " Aaraxan" act/rules are against to it. It is vary hard to get gov't job for the people which are basically related to general category.. for. an e.g. a well qualified student from general category score 350 out of 500. but he is not selected. As per "Reserved Quota" at the same time student related other than general category get selected who score less than 350

Toilet cleaning staff to be attentive.Frequency of cleaning ensured. Adequate and effective cleaning materials supplied. Vandalism of amenities to be prevented. Proper ventilation of toilets important. Public education in schools, through media and thru posters within toilets as guides that hygiene prevents infection. Clean toilet means healthy users.

we can solve this problem by spreading awareness among people who are facing such type of problem because it is needed to make them aware before taking any step towards solving this issue by it they'll be aware of merits of our method whatever we take to solve it..........

MPs/MLAs shall be made responsible for arranging public awareness programmes for cleaning,sanitation & utilization of facilities provided for it. Western or other less populated countries do not have this problem and can not understand it either thus we need to find solution our selves & design a scheme which will be fully "MAKE IN INDIA". Further attempts shall be made to sell these projects out of India to SAARC countries.

The facilities can include,fixed or mobile, multilevel short height toilets, mobile,garbage collection cum processing units, which can effectively work without needing any argumentati work in existing system, yet can be flexible & also dump the sewage /garbage waste into otherwise overrated existing STP or solid waste management plants and also clean itself there only. It can also include fully functional fixed or mobile garbage collecting/dumping units.Specially made for villages & small towns

supervise & be responsible for part or full of above funds for developing/employing a standby 24X7 facility/manpower which can effectively support sanitation & cleaning activities of local civic bodies.At the end of each year or five years for that matter, this can become a measure of qualitative improvement in cleanliness of his/her constituency. Press, societies can play major role in bringing his/her performance in public domain.And can become a tool to common citizen while electing him again

There are about 543 Loksabha members & innumerable number of Vidhan Sabha and Vidhan Parishad members, who do not directly govern local civic bodies & they are allotted funds of Rs.5.00 Cr/year(MPLADS/LAC ADF) for public utility/welfare works.It is understood that most of the times these funds go back, un or underutilised, due to lack of wisdom & confidence. Every MP/MLA should be made responsible for cleanliness of his/her constituency & he/she should use & supervise & be responsible(page 2)
