i want to give a sugesion on tax policy. for high end collection of tax without any porblem.

Why people or choosing manual scavenge system because it's very cheap compare with machine system so we have issue the cheap cost machine system govt needs to issue the cleaning vehicle each and every village and city with low cost. And we can use this waste for producing power etc.if any new house or any construction if they needs septic tank it's only designed by mechine cleaning system otherwise no permission to built.

My Question to ALL my Engineering FRIENDS : - Questions: - (NOTE :- for engineering students only) 1) Are we ENGINEERS or CLERKS ? 2)Are our Engineering teachers; really capable to teach us Engineering Syllabus ? 3)Why are we always running behind Marks and not the KNOWLEDGE ? 4)Are our teachers concerned about our skills ? 5)Are we getting proper EDUCATION ?

We should have the drainage system planned for each Village, Town, City first. Without a drainage system planned, building toilets will not help in draining the waste.When planning the drainage system, we have to make sure the water accumulated during rain is drained well and can be stored for the District. Nature brings us abundant of water during rainy season. When we block the drain of rain water it will affect the drainage system and waste our effort and money.

We have more than 1 billion peoples and lots hotels (small and big one)... if we collect all the waste efficiently (less manual work) if we would be able to produce "gas" then it will save lots of dollars plus it will create some job opportunities. I believe if India scientist do some research on such waste management then the India population can be advantage for us.

Respt. Sir. the system of tatkal ticket should remain as previous system .There should not be any premium for half kota. The people of middle class and lower middle will be in trouble. This system may be used in rajdhani and satabdi trains. For reservation the time period should be only one month and if some body cancel confirm ticket then half of the amount will be refunded.so automatically the railway will be in profit and same time there will be no misuse of reservation by touts or dalals

Why cant we have policies and rules on clean india. We can learn from western nations, they impose rules and laws to keep their country their cities clean. Can we have similar policies and rules?

can any body ( Civil Engineer or architect) design a toilet for me, as I m planning to construct one in my near by govt. girls school on my own expense. my requirements are- 1) suitable for 5 girls at a time 2)sustainable 3)cost effective 4)nature friendly. school I have selected does not have connectivity to drainage system.

we should teach our children about hygiene and importance of toilets from the very beginning of their school.ask them to teach this to their friends if possible. these are the ones who can bring the change but to make that possible first and foremost we have to change ourself.

"Charity begins at Home ", hence awareness of hygiene should start from LKG level for boys and girls separately. Impose fines to street dwellers, hooligans. Conduct panchayat awareness to all by Police
