First and foremost, running water (access to water) is very basic need to tackle this problem. It will be a good idea to invite the corporates to adapt a village/s to ensure funds and in return the corporates could be offered some tax breaks, This will bring the money that is required. Further "waterless toilets" should be introduced extensively all over India, with invitation for donations of the waterless toiler closets should be sent all over the world
