Govt. should create an app called 'VOLUNTARY'.In this app, any voluntary person from India who wish to devote time to nation can join. Joining members should feed their Aadhar no. By this their area can be determined during help need request. Any person who is in distress can ask for help in this app., and a message should go to near by volunteer, who might be free to help him/her. Eg. If someone requires help in location A, then this app will help to find the near by volunteers.

1. Introduce a curriculum in school level for Disaster management and it should have 20 theory and 80 practical training. 2. Disaster team should create in every college and necessary training should be provided. Grace mark should be provided if they participate in any of the disaster management activities. 3. From the school level itself proper training or informations should be given to children to be a part in disaster management. They should be aware of their role in disaster recovery so that they will be able to perform their best when a disaster happens. Everybody should be aware about their role in disaster management from their childhood itself because the value we understand from our childhood will last longer. So some programmes about disaster recovery should be added to a part of curriculum

Youth can help in disaster management provided they have been provided with a basics of disaster management in the school level or by community wise mock drills. I would suggest to set up a programme wherein if any citizen want to take training or certification should be arranged by government locally and communication for the trained personals be provided to all concern and published for encouragement for others .#youthDevelopment

The schools should have disaster management, fire rescue and first aid as the part of school curriculum /campaigning of programmes by conducting mock drills every now and then .

We need to follow bottom up approch/community based disaster Mgt. cycle. Focus should be on educating youth on pre-diaster recovery plan & post-diasater recovery plan and encourage them to share their knowledge with there elders & parents. Prevention of disaster starts from community that can be affected itself. Focus should be there to educate youth about preparedness, mitigation & prevention of disater. Local youth help groups should be created & trained.

Hon'ble Prime Minister, It is humbly put forward that you have a dedicated army called the citizen's army in every state almost whose task is aid to civil authorities during disaster management. This force of yours is not being given its due tasking. For instance, your territorial army is assigned duties in J&K and North East mostly being a part time force as per TA regulations 1948.This force can aptly be used for immediate disaster relief rather than NDRF new raising.

Mandatory internship in Defence field must add along with educational curriculum. Will teach youth about self independent, deciplin, more intelligent, dashing personality, survival ability n also fight against odd situation. Always alert n defensive. Home made parallel intelligent trained army.

for effective capacity building,youth should be part of every reforms and on disaster & Crisis management the compulsory topics with the practical exposure should be added starting from schooling to graduation system.the national service in any of the form of social welfare/security/NGO/medical/Yoga etc should be made compulsory for the period of one year before completion of education certification. the Corporate would also make it compulsory to trained there employees thru short term courses..

youth should involve with the government to help in the time of disaster migration and management and it is possible to achieve the management and migration while disaster only by the youth who loves the india all indians are my brothers and sisters hence youth should support by their own willling
