प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के क्षेत्र में केंद्रीय बजट 2021-22 के प्रावधानों के प्रभावी कर्यान्वयन के लिए रोडमैप हेतु एक वेबिनार को संबोधित किया। वेबिनार के पैनेलिस्टों ने इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर की गुणवत्ता में सुधार से संबंधित अपने विचार साझा किए जिसमें एडवांस्ड टेक्नालॉजी के माध्यम से विकास को गति देना तथा इस सेक्टर में अधिक निवेश के लिए आकर्षण शामिल है।

हम इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के विकास की अंतिम रणनीति के कार्यान्वयन पर जनता और अन्य हितधारकों से विचार और सुझाव आमंत्रित करते हैं।

To solve the slum issue in urban area permanently.There should be “mass” living facility like capsule hotels, hostels (like army camps with bunk beds and lockers) with common cheap food courts for skilled-unskilled labours and migrants.Which will be cheap and preferences will be given to employed,skilled labors, unskilled labors(sequence). CSR,urban people,donation should fund to create such a mass living facilities.industries must be asked to create such facilities in their campus too. There co

Contd -+This has to be dealt in more systematic approach to make projects successful. The higher the capacity of barge more problems will occur in summer. There could be possiblity of unloading at high seas into these barges if highly stable.The entire operations should be hassel free save fuel & time.This will lead to better use of our 7500km+ coastline.This needs to be spread out taking into consideration highways and cities to be approached.

These barges should be capable of entering small rivers at various points to be very effective in handling goods transport economically.The barge should be 55 ft wide 120 feet long to hold 10 containers with total weight of 300 tons. Small ports should have small gantry crane for quick disposal for transfer to trailers.Small ports will have probl ems at estuary & depth as usual.This has to be dealt in more systematic approach to make projects successful. Maritime India 2021 road show was held recently by NMPT chairman at Mangalore to promote port business by participati on.He said in his speech approx cost of Road transport if it is X the same cargo will cost 0.75 of X for railways & 0.25X for sea freight.Taking this into considera tion we should have fuel efficient,low draft,good speed extremely stable all weather conditions in sea tempo to carry 40 feet mini mum of 8 to10 containers. Due to the complexities in formation and implementation, the budgetary process involves contribution and input of a wide variety of key players and stakeholders which include government ministries, the ministry of finance (treasury), auditor general, legislature, executive, interest groups, academics and the general .

अधिक सुलभ और सस्ता साधन के लिए रेलवे लाइन भारत के कोने कोने में होने चाहिए हमारे हिमाचल प्रदेश के जिला बिलासपुर में भानु पल्ली रेलवे लाइन अगर अभी तक शुरू नहीं किया गया है इसे जल्द ही शुरू किया जाना चाहिए
