प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के क्षेत्र में केंद्रीय बजट 2021-22 के प्रावधानों के प्रभावी कर्यान्वयन के लिए रोडमैप हेतु एक वेबिनार को संबोधित किया। वेबिनार के पैनेलिस्टों ने इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर की गुणवत्ता में सुधार से संबंधित अपने विचार साझा किए जिसमें एडवांस्ड टेक्नालॉजी के माध्यम से विकास को गति देना तथा इस सेक्टर में अधिक निवेश के लिए आकर्षण शामिल है।

हम इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के विकास की अंतिम रणनीति के कार्यान्वयन पर जनता और अन्य हितधारकों से विचार और सुझाव आमंत्रित करते हैं।

There are lots of houses, buildings, infrastructure which are very old, about to fall down which are very risky for people are living and working into it. Life of every house and building should be decided and written in registration or agreement paper. if these building gets fall down, all blames come to government bodies.

आधारभूत सुविधाओं का निर्माण समय साध्य तो होता ही है साथ में व्यय साध्य भी होता है। मगर इसमेँ ध्यान देने की बात है कि अंतत: इसका लाभ भी देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को ही होता है। सामान्यतः यह कार्य सरकारों के जिम्मे होता है जिसके द्वारा राजनीतिक व अन्य कारणों से परियोजना कार्य में विलंब हो जाता है। कई दफे निर्माण कार्य कर रहे कंपनियों और सरकार के बीच विवाद की स्थिति बन जाती है और मामला न्यायालय के अधीन चला जाता है। जरूरी है कि खर्च और लगने वाला समय नियत सीमा में रहे ताकि वांछित लाभ मिल सके।

Congrats to Dear PM Modi Sir and Nirmala Sitaraman, Finance minister. In order to Make India number 1 Economic Power, I suggest to utilize 2 most powerful assets we have. 1. Increase the Purchasing power of our people. 2. Increase the credit worthiness for borrowing from bank, NBFC etc, by combining Property, Investment plus personal gold at home, simply by filling out a form, self attested. By using this combination, we can be richest country. Increase in purchasing power multiplies the economy
