Roads are the important infrastructure for transportation .and providing lights is for safety and visibility to avoid accidents. The key area driving trade and marketing and public transport.
Each state to be assigned laying of roads for 300 kms in a financial year along with lighting facility and minibus transportation for villages to connect nearest highways or cities.
This facilitates farmers to sell their products once in a week using subsidized minibus facility once in a week.

The technological and scientific development increases trust of investors as well as promotes the local. Sir Uttrakhand pe aisa bahut sare Glacier hai jo tut ne se bahut lokhaan ho jate hai. Aisa 2 baar ho chuke hai , ise dhaan pe rakhte hue haame agey soch bichar karke hi kaam karna chaye. Keuke paisa se jada lokshaan manab jatio ko hota hai.

R/Sir,
We are focusing on tap water supply to all by 2025, under mission Jal Jeevam scheme. This is a part of health related program . However as per paper on National Burden Estimated of healthy life lost in India, "Diarrhea" is a 4th major cause of death in India. This is attributed to polluted water as well as poor sewage treatment. A few points in this regard are given in attached doc for consideration please.
