I think that internationalization is the most important aspect for higher education. I would like to make following submissions. 1. International credit system like ECTS should be used for framing courses. 2. Emphasis should be on research content rather than core/fundamental learning. This is field we are lagging far behind. 3. Students should be offers normal and fast-track modes for Masters's say a normal mode of 2 years and fast-track of 1 year. 4. Recognition of international degrees.

1. Necessary steps to be taken to attract best of the bests student in reserch line. 2. Elite class of reserch scholar should be given more salary, more facility, more honour, more recognition. 3. Indian science and technology reserch is filled up with medium standard student.Don't encourage this student in reserch, only brilliant student who have keen interest in reserch should be encouraged in reserch. 4. If any new technology develop by any reserch fellow credit should given to him.

increase collaboration with foreign universities, promote student exchanges, bring the variety of courses offered here to be at par with the ones abroad. Create a national student database where student profiles are maintained.this helps in research and surveys and also networks students with one another.

I'm a student (UG) of Defence and Strategic Studies and when exposed to students of Military Fraternity from across the globe, then I realise that there is a huge disparity developed in the 'idea' of education and the 'execution' of education in our nation. Had our professors, MHRD, and of course, students, kept in mind the IDEA behind the course, the syllabus and the need of nation...then we could have maintained the quality, with which we could dream of 'internationalisation'!

What I feel is that there should be a certain exchange program such that for one semester students of one state should study in university of other states. Not only this will help in cultural integration but this will also result in exposure for students.Imagine a student initially studying in Amritsar going to Mumbai for one semester.A certain policy should be made which deals with these things.

If AICTE type of inspection is carried out, the new IITs will fail that and even AICTE will not allow any private college to start with such infrastructure but here we are: once again new IITs will start taking students with almost zero infrastructure. I blame both MHRD and the old mentoring IITs for this state of affairs: MHRD for pushing this move and old IITs for accepting this diktat.

As per the JEE Brochure this year there will be admission of students in 20 IITs. Thus students will be taken for IIT Palghat, IIT Tirupati and IIT Raipur, Once again the same mistake is being committed as was committed in the UPA government's time. For these new IITs even the Directors have not been announced, there is no faculty and there is no campus. So once again we will have the same logistics problems which happened in 2008 and the mentoring IIT will have to bear all the load

Todays acreadation policy is based on students results. And in last few years we face failure to maintain the quality of HE. Now acreadation must be on basis of research quality. Reaults must not be above 60%passout. 35-40 must be passing and no need of marksheet in HE. Project and passing should be enogh but thesis must on realworld problems.
