Sir,,, Surprisingly we came to know India is going to sign GATS in December. Already our autonomy has spoiled through globalisation and now we shouldn't spoil our education system through GATS. In fact India is producing world's best technologies and in culture too. we should leave it to cultural. Indian knowledge are of sacred part. so please make not of this. WE OPPOSE GATS.......

वि‍देशी शि‍क्षा जो हमारे देश में आई हैं उसका समुि‍चत लाभ हर वर्ग को नहीं मि‍ल पाया है। इस हेतु हमे नई शि‍क्षा नीति‍ में कुछ ऐसे प्रावश्धान करने होंगे जि‍ससे कि‍ हमारे छात्र केवल कुछ गि‍नी चुनी भाषाओं पर केन्‍द्रि‍त ना होकर वैश्‍ववि‍क परि‍द्श्‍य में प्रति‍स्‍पर्दात्‍मक भाषाओं का सामना कर सके। इस हेतु हमारे उच्‍च शि‍क्षण संस्‍थानों को इस योग्‍य बनाना होगा कि‍ वे वि‍श्‍व की प्रति‍स्‍पर्दात्‍मक भाषाओं का ज्ञान हमारे छात्रों को दे सके।

While I haven't read much about the GATS education system, as touted below, I believe it is to do with Agreement on Trade of Services. As much as I know, it is not an education system unto itself. Rather, it is a model for allowing FDI and private investments in the education system. More so, it has been repeatedly proven that Indian Education System has grown ancient and demands disruptive change. Given the success of the American Liberal Arts Education, I support a similar model to be adopted.

Knowledge sharing and transformation through Training in S & T and cuting Edge Research and Collaboration of Research work for the welfare of mankind is encouraged.Art,Culture and sports Exchange and Participation encouraged.Indian Education system should be preserved and promoted with new S & T inventions adoption and promote only International S & T cooperation.Student and faculty mobility permitted for time bound research and education and training purpose. हमारी सरकार द्वारा वि‍देशों में उच्‍च अध्‍ययन हेतु छात्रों को स्‍कॉलरसि‍प बडाई जानी चाहि‍ए तथा वि‍देशी संस्‍थानों से करार कर प्रवेश नि‍यमों एवं वि‍जा नि‍यमों में शि‍थि‍लता प्रदान की जानी चाहि‍ए तथा हमारे देश में वि‍देशी संस्‍थानों की फ्रेन्‍चाईजी अधि‍क से अधि‍क संख्‍या में होनी चाहि‍ए।

we oppose GATS international education system

Dear sir, Iam an engineer student . As per I know we are having hest education comepared to others and also we are producing more human resource to technologies. So we dont want foriegners to come and exploit us. We ned autonomy body in education as well as in other service sector. I OPPOSE GATS.

This initiative is like dumping our value added Indian education system and making a red carpet welcome to the foreign education system which is disastress .I proudly support every initiative my govt has taken accept this initiative of internationalisation of education .So please don't agree to this agreement of GATTs .By this "I oppose this internationalisation of education"

we don't want internationalization of education system. I oppose GATS. pls don't sign GATS which completely destroys our Indian education system, culture tradition. and poor people or a common man can't able to get highr education through this policy. so pls don't sign. we don't want foreigners to come here and teach us. we oppse GATS.
