Well our country has many great institutes like IIT ,NIT n many more. But the main problem when compared with oxford n MIT is that we lack in infrastructure ,so my opinion here is instead of building more IIT first let us improve our infrastructures, n one more things is that the all pass rule that is all the students should be passed with no matter what the results are,,this rule should be halted,,bcoz the dedicating n seriousness of students towards studies are decreasing

It is only with high quality education, particularly higher education, that is affordable that we can hope to build a prosperous country and eradicate poverty and unemployment. Therefore it should be made mandatory to allot four percent of GDP,both by centre as well as state to spend on education and adjust other govt expenditure and subsidies. Also encourage high ranking Top institutions to open campus in India with liberal scholarship and grants and interest free loans for needy students.

Frankly, going into debt to "finance" a higher education is the most detrimental thing we can do to ourselves and our nation's economy. Angel funding, crowd funding, scholarships (based on merit or need-based) can be alternative sources for the truly committed learner. However, if we really see the trend these days, many high school graduates have started their own companies- I know of 2 boys from Bangalore who are already doing business and their parents want an "official" degree for them.

Respected Sir For improving public transport system and reducing traffic congestion in metro cities and semi metro cities government must think on providing tax benefit to the corporate for reducing vehicles on the roads by introducing Corporate bus Scheme or promoting pooling cars schemes.
